Soon is our annual seminar in Norway, always a pleasure!

It also marks the start of a new season and if you ask me , the best! spring and summer coming up, this is all good.

I received the result of the Xray and there is something wrong with some cervical discs  but no serious problem that can´t be fixed, I don´t have the greenlight to use my right arm for JKD yet  but I can do some exercises at the gym.

This one takes a very long time but  I ´ LL BE BACK !
